Eco Group

The Eco Group at Glan-y-Môr is a very important and active part of our school. The students that make up the group have undertaken a lot of good work both in our school and in the local community. The Eco Group have made sure that we achieved the prestigious Green Flag Eco-Schools award. All in our school are extremely pleased as it is the top level award that is very rarely awarded to to a secondary school.

The Chief Executive of Carmartheshire County Council Mark James, sent us a letter of congratulations saying the award was "Something the whole school is justifiably proud of"
